Top Ten Tuesday: Valentines Day

Valentine’s Day is here! It’s not a holiday I feel particularly excited about, but I don’t dread it either. For many of us, it’s just another day. But as someone who loves to read about romance, I couldn’t let this opportunity to list some of my favourite chick-lit and romance books go to waste! With the holiday, this week’s Top Ten Tuesday is a freebie to list anything we like regarding books and love.

The Top Ten Tuesday tag was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now held over on The Artsy Reader Girl. It’s a weekly tag where everyone is given a bookish prompt for bloggers to curate a top ten list. You can then share your blog post on The Artsy Reader Girl’s post for that week. Just make sure you check out and comment on other people’s blog posts too!

As usual, with these top ten posts, I’m just going to list a bunch of books. I won’t be going into detail, as I want you to be able to stumble upon the books on your own. Just know that I love these books, and they have some great romances in them!

  • Note to Self – Anna Bell
  • Set On You – Amy Lea
  • The Secret Bridesmaid – Katy Birchall
  • Sorry, Not Sorry – Sophie Ranald
  • Always A Bridesmaid – Lindsey Kelk
  • Boyfriend Material – Alexis Hall
  • Well Met – Jen DeLuca
  • Written in the Stars – Alexandria Bellefleur
  • The Romantic Agenda – Claire Kann
  • You Had Me at Hola – Alexis Daria

Narrowing this list down was hard, but I did try to include some variety! My favourite authors from this list as Lindsey Kelk, Alexis Hall, Anna Bell and Sophie Ranald, but I feel like some of these authors may join the list after I read more by them!

Have you read many of the books on this list? Did you enjoy them? Let me know down below.
