Blog Tour: With This Kiss by Carrie Hope Fletcher

Blog Tour: With This Kiss by Carrie Hope Fletcher

I’m always looking for a chick-lit with a fantastical edge as it can be a lot of fun. As soon as I heard about this book, I knew that I had to give it a go. I’ve never read Carrie Hope Fletcher before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m glad I gave this book a chance. I’m posting this as part of the blog tour with HQ Stories. So thanks very much to the publishers for my free copy of this one.

With This Kiss follows Lorelai, who sees the future deaths of anyone she kisses. Her ability has always shocked her and has meant that she has been avoiding romance for a long time. It always seemed like the right choice for her until the day she met Grayson. Suddenly she finds herself wanting to kiss someone and having to decide whether getting close to someone is worth it when you know how they’re going to die.

Blog Tour: You’ll Be The Death Of Me by Karen M. McManus

Blog Tour: You’ll Be The Death Of Me by Karen M. McManus

I’m here today with another book review as part of a blog tour! This time we have You’ll Be The Death Of Me, the latest YA mystery by bestseller Karen M. McManus. I’ve read and enjoyed the vast majority of her books, so I’m happy to be on The Write Reads Ultimate Blog Tour for this one. Thank you so much to the team at The Write Reads for letting me take part in this tour, fun fact, I had already been granted the e-arc for this one when I signed up, but I couldn’t resist participating.

You’ll Be The Death of Me is inspired by Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and it follows three old friends who randomly decide to skip school together only to stumble across the corpse of a murdered classmate.

I’d usually write a little more of a summary, but I don’t want to give anything away. Though this isn’t the most original mystery, it’s thoroughly enjoyable, and you’ll want to go in as blind as possible.

Book Tour: The Wish List by Sophia Money-Coutts

Wow, I’m on a roll with participation right now!

This review is being posted as part of the Blogger Day for Harper Collins and through them I was lucky enough to recieve an e-book copy of The Wish List to review.⁹

The premise of this book is fairly simple: Florence hasn’t had much luck in her love life so when her step-mum sets her up an appointment with a love coach she goes just to please her. Only this love coach had the idea that if Florence writes a list of what she wants in a guy – this guy will then appear in her life. And low and behold she meets Rory in the book shop where she works. But is he really all she wants or is this only the start of her romantic journey.
